In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases in our apps (for example MeetRecap Pro, summary packs or TaleTeller Plus) are sold and charged by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Their refund rules apply:

• Google Play: request a refund from your Play Store order history, or see Google Play refund policies.
• App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If something went wrong with a purchase, email rprrahul18@gmail.com / contact@telcosoftservices.com with the app name and your order number. We will help you, and where the store allows it, support your refund request.

Consulting and software services

Fees, cancellation and refunds for consulting or development work are set out in the written agreement for that work.

Delivery

Everything sold is digital: apps, in-app features and services. Nothing is shipped.
