Ludo Crown is a board game app with Ludo and Snakes & Ladders. It is made by Telco & Software Services (founder and owner: Rahul Sharma), an independent developer in India ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@telcosoftservices.com.

No account

You don't sign up or log in. The name, picture and country you choose for your player, your coins, gems, level, missions, chests and game statistics are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

Playing online

• Online games (World Arena, 2 vs 2 and Friends) are connected through Photon, a game networking service by Exit Games (Germany). While you play online, the other players in your game see your player name, picture, level and country.
• To connect you, Photon receives your internet (IP) address and a random ID that is new for each game. It does not receive your account, contacts or location, and nothing is stored once the game ends.
• Quick reactions in online games are fixed phrases chosen from a list. There is no free text chat.
• Room invites you share contain only a 6-digit room code. You choose who to send them to (for example in WhatsApp or Messages).

Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob, including short videos you can choose to watch for rewards. AdMob uses a device advertising ID and also receives your device's approximate location (worked out from your internet address, never your GPS), how you interact with ads, and crash and performance data. On iPhone, tracking happens only if you allow it. VIP members see no ads between games.

Purchases

Coins, gems and VIP are bought through your phone's app store (its official app store), which handles the payment. I receive only whether a purchase succeeded, never your card or payment details.

Leaderboards

World rankings use your phone's own game service (on iPhone, Game Center), if you use it on your phone. Your score and the name of your game-service profile are shared there, under that service's own privacy policy. The "This phone" ranking stays on your phone.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your data.
• I don't run a server or database that stores information about you.
• The game doesn't access your contacts, photos, microphone or GPS location.

Player ID

Settings shows a Player ID made on your phone. It is used only if you send it to me with a support email, to help answer your question.

Children

Ludo Crown is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the date above will change.
