Stikkio is a sticky-note reminder app ("Stikkio", "the app"). It is made by Telco & Software Services (founder and owner: Rahul Sharma), an independent developer in India ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@telcosoftservices.com.

Your notes stay on your phone

• Your notes, voice notes, timers, family names and settings are stored only on your phone. Stikkio has no account and no server of its own, so nothing you write is uploaded to us.
• Speaking a note: the microphone is used only when you tap Speak or Record. Voice notes are saved on your phone. When you speak a note, your phone's own speech recognition (Apple or Google) turns it into text; that is done by your phone's operating system under its own privacy terms, not by Stikkio.
• Reminders and timers are scheduled on your phone through its notification system.

Ads

Stikkio is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID, your approximate location (from your internet address, never your GPS), how you interact with ads, and crash and performance data. Your notes are never sent to AdMob. On iPhone, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking. In Europe, the UK and some US states, you are shown Google's consent form first, and you can change your choice in Settings under "Privacy choices (ads)". You can reset or delete your advertising ID in the phone's settings.

Remove ads purchase

The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is handled by your phone's app store and by RevenueCat, which records that the purchase was made so that it can be restored on a new phone. Stikkio never sees your payment details.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your data.
• I don't collect your contacts or your GPS location.
• I don't read your notes.

Children

Stikkio is meant for adults and families, not for children under 13 to use on their own.

Deleting your data

Open Settings, then "Delete everything and start over", or uninstall the app. All notes, voice notes and settings on the phone are removed. There is nothing to delete on a server, because there is none. To clear your advertising profile, use your phone's advertising settings.
