These terms apply when you use the DailySpend app, made by Telco & Software Services (founder and owner: Rahul Sharma), an independent developer in India. By using the app you agree to them. Contact: rprrahul18@gmail.com / contact@telcosoftservices.com.
DailySpend helps you keep track of your own spending. It reads amounts from payment messages automatically, which can sometimes be wrong or incomplete: a message may be missed, or read with the wrong amount, shop or date. Check anything important against your bank statement. DailySpend is not a bank, does not move money, and its totals, statements and limits are for your information only, not financial advice.
Your payments and settings belong to you and stay on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy. Back up any statements you need: if you delete the app or lose your phone, the data is gone.
Use DailySpend only for your own phone, messages and spending.
DailySpend is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from missed, wrong or late information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
If you downloaded DailySpend from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for DailySpend or its support.
I may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
