These terms apply when you use the MeetRecap app, made by Telco & Software Services (founder and owner: Rahul Sharma), an independent developer in India. By using the app you agree to them. Contact: rprrahul18@gmail.com / contact@telcosoftservices.com.
Recording and transcripts are free and unlimited. The free plan includes a limited number of AI summaries each month, as shown in the app. Limits reset at the start of each month (Indian Standard Time). Limits may change; the app always shows the current ones.
A pack gives a number of AI summaries, used after your month's free summaries run out. They don't expire. Each time a summary is written from a pack (including writing one again), one pack summary is used. Summaries used can't be refunded, except as Apple or Google's refund policies allow.
Your recordings, transcripts and summaries belong to you. They are stored on your phone. You give me permission to process the text you send for summaries and translations only to provide them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Back up anything important: if you delete the app or lose your phone, your meetings are gone.
I work to keep MeetRecap running, but the AI summary service may sometimes be unavailable or slow. The app keeps your meeting and tries again by itself.
MeetRecap is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI summaries. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
If you downloaded MeetRecap from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for MeetRecap or its support.
I may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
